Prince Michael Award of Merit presented to Northern Ireland`s Colin Rossborough

Colin Rossborough, who has dedicated over 30 years to motor sport in Northern Ireland and has led the way in the improvements to the Rescue service offered at events, was presented with the Motor Sports Association`s Prince Michael Award of Merit last week, at the Royal Automobile Club in London. Mr Rossborough received his award from Graham Stoker, Chairman of the MSA Motor Sports Council.

Sports Minister Secures Additional Funding

Speaking on 5th March, the Minister said: "Many sports organisations were bitterly disappointed when they learned that their capital applications for Lottery funding, administered through Sport NI, had been unsuccessful.

Senior Club Officials now more 'Media Savvy'

2 & 4 Wheels has successfully run two training courses for senior club officials who have responsibility for handling the media at events. The courses, delivered by Belfast-based professional media company, Channel 56, aimed to equip club officials with the necessary skills for handling the media following an incident. This can be a difficult time for senior officials and the need to engage with the media clearly and accurately is essential.

2 & 4 Wheels very proudly participated in the BeSafe event in Ballymena from 28th Jan to 1st Feb. 2 & 4 Wheel's attended under the 'Realbiker' project which seeks to address the ever-increasing problem of unregulated motor sport.
